Please follow the instructions below to complete your submission.<\/p>\n<h4>Submission Platform<\/h4>\n<p>All submissions must be made through <strong>EasyChair<\/strong> at the following link:<br>\ud83d\udc49 <a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=isit2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Submit via EasyChair<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you don\u2019t have an account, please create one here:<br>\ud83d\udc49 <a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/account\/signup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Create EasyChair Account<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you have submitted to other conferences via EasyChair before, you may use your existing login credentials.<\/p>\n<h4>Call for Student Submissions<\/h4>\n<p>We warmly encourage students and PhD candidates to submit their work to the ISIT Conference. Registration is free of charge for students from the University of Siedlce (UwS). A dedicated student poster session will be held during the conference, and awards will be given for the best student contributions.<\/p>\n<h4>Initial Submission \u2013 Extended Abstracts<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Authors are invited to submit <strong>extended abstracts (5\u20136 pages)<\/strong> prepared using the <strong>official <a href=\"https:\/\/isit.uws.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/isit-latex-template-v1.02.zip\">ISIT LaTeX Template<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Submissions must be written in <strong>English<\/strong>, include <strong>original and unpublished work<\/strong>, and follow academic writing standards.<\/li>\n<li>Figures should be submitted in <strong>bitmap (PNG, JPG)<\/strong> or, preferably, <strong>vector format (SVG, PDF, PS)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>All submitted abstracts will undergo <strong>peer review<\/strong>. Only positively reviewed abstracts will be accepted for presentation and publication in the <strong>Conference Proceedings<\/strong> issued by the <strong>UwS<\/strong> and distributed during the event.<\/li><\/ul><div>\n<h4>Post-Conference Full Paper Submission<\/h4>\n<p>After the conference, authors of accepted and presented works will be invited to submit <strong>full papers (up to 12 pages)<\/strong> for <strong>a second round of independent peer review<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Positively reviewed papers will be considered for publication in:<br>\ud83d\udcf0 <em>Studia Informatica. Systems and Information Technology<\/em><br>(ISSN: 1731-2264 | 20 ministerial points for Polish authors)<br>\ud83d\udd17 <a href=\"http:\/\/czasopisma.uws.edu.pl\/studiainformatica\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">czasopisma.uws.edu.pl\/studiainformatica<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The <strong>best contributions<\/strong> will also be recommended for:\n<ul>\n<li>Publication in <strong>high-impact international journals<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Inclusion as <strong>extended chapters<\/strong> in the <em>Intelligent Systems and Information Technologies<\/em> monograph series<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Each stage &#8211; abstract and full paper &#8211; is subject to a separate peer review process.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Conference Format<\/h3>\n<p>ISIT 2025 will be held in a <strong>hybrid format<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>On-site participation<\/strong> is highly encouraged<\/li>\n<li><strong>Remote presentations<\/strong> are fully supported \u2013 authors who are unable to attend in person will have the opportunity to present online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Submissions Paper Submission Guidelines We invite authors to participate in ISIT 2025 by submitting extended abstracts (5\u20136 pages) as an initial step.
