Instructions for Poster Preparation
1. Poster Dimensions
Posters should be printed preferably on a single sheet of A0 paper (841 × 1189 mm) in portrait orientation. Printing multiple A4 sheets and attaching them to the poster board is not acceptable.
Please ensure that:
- the font size is suitable for large‑format printing and readable from at least 1.5 meters,
- the poster is printed in color,
- the color scheme provides sufficient contrast for comfortable reading.
2. Poster Content
A typical poster should include the following elements:
- Title and authors of the original article (mandatory). It is recommended to include contact details of the author or presenter (e.g., email, affiliation).
- Introduction – objectives, context, hypotheses, or predictions.
- Methods – subjects, study site, and methodological schemas.
- Results – charts, tables, photos, and other visualizations.
- Discussion and conclusions – significance of the findings.
- Acknowledgments and references (if applicable).
Please do not copy the full text of the paper into the poster. Visual representation of key results is more effective and more readable for viewers. The poster message should remain clear and understandable even without an oral explanation.
3. Poster Delivery
For on‑site presenters, we kindly ask you to deliver your printed poster to the registration desk by 24 September 2026, 11:00 AM. Poster boards will be provided.
4. Poster Session
The poster session will take place on 24 September 2026. At least one author must be physically present during the session.
Each presenter is expected to give a 5–10 minute oral summary of their research, followed by 2–3 minutes for questions and answers.
