Information on the processing of personal data participants
Personal data of Conference Participants are protected in accordance with art. 13 par. 1 and par. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we inform that:
- The administrator of personal data of conference participants is the University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Siedlce, represented by the Rector, with its registered office in Siedlce (08-110) at 2 Konarskiego Street, e-mail: dariusz.mikulowski@uph.edu.pl
- The correctness of personal data processing is supervised by the Data Protection Officer who can be contacted via the following e-mail address: iod@uph.edu.pl
- Your personal data is processed for the purpose of registration and participation of the International Conference entitled Intelligent Systems and Information Technologies – Supporting the People with Special Needs, communicating with participants in order to organize a scientific event, document its course and to send information about scientific events by the University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Siedlce in the future.
- The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a) and (e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Ugh. UE L 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, in conjunction with the Law of 9 December 2019. Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 85) and the mission pursued by the university on its basis, which is to conduct scientific activity, shape civic attitudes, as well as participate in social development and creating an economy based on innovation.
- The personal data provided by you processed in connection with participation in a scientific event will be processed for the period of storage by the university of financial, accounting and reporting documentation regarding this event.
- Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
- The personal data provided by you will not be disclosed to other entities, except for entities authorized by generally applicable law.
- You have the right to access the content of the data, rectify it, limit processing and object.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
- On the basis of your personal data, decisions will not be made that are based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
